both heads seem to be making clicking sounds when running. It’s quite noticeable the whole time they are running especially when they are pumping 250+ ml each cycle.

Unit is about a year old.

Is it time to change the heads?

Thanks

try taking the head off and wiping it down and applying some grease to the tubing. if that doesn't work then order a new head

Also make sure nothing is pinching / blocking a line. I recently had this problem with a new unit for auto waterchanges. Sounded like a serious problem but finally disxocered i had put the brute trash can over one of the lones coming from dos and then had filled with rodi water. Therefore pinching it and causeing the dos to make clicking sound. Soon as i relieved pressure it worked fine
