DOS programming for ATO

Hi all

I have reefer 350, and the ATO valve isn't he best, so I came up with this solution

I have 2 optical sensors in my sump (where temp return pomp is)
SUMP-L for low water level
SUMP-H with the water is high

I used DOS to transfer water from ATP tank to sump( pomp area)
2 issues
- if I turn on the DOS ON manually, it will work ,but it will stop after few minutes, and I have to manually stop and start it again, so it is not working long enough .

I did the small programming, I want the DOS to start transferring water from ATO to sump when the SUMP-L is open ( dry)
and stop and the SUMP-H is CLOSED ( wet) but it is not really activating

Set OFF
If Sump-l OPEN Then ON
If Sump-h CLOSED Then OFF
When On > 005:00 Then OFF
Defer 000:10 Then ON
Defer 000:04 Then OFF
Min Time 060:00 Then OFF

Also I have the schedule interval that I am not able to remove, maybe this is the issue
