Can someone give me the differences between the two?

GHL said just comestic change with lighted heads...
2.1 have a maintenance set with spare rollers part (PL-1447) at 15$ for two heads -> 30$ for a full doser
2.0 only have a full head remplacement part (PL-1452) at 30$ per head ! -> 120$ for a full doser...

Thanks!
I also thought I've heard the 2.1 allows for continuous use but that doesn't appeal to me.

Can the 2.0 doser run in reverse? To flush lines? I thought the heads on the 2.1 were for continuous use and reverse function. I don't know for sure though? Reverse is nice for switching fluids, feeding frozen, and for the new kh director.

Hopefully someone from GHL can chime in officially!

Can you use the newest ghl connect app on the smartphone with the 2.0?

I think with latests firmware. Can't check because i use them in slave mode with Profilux.

I just ordered a dose yesterday after doing everything manually. Wouldn’t the maintenance on any doser system be to run R/O thru it???

Turns out this question didn't matter. I needed a 4 head unit and GHL only had 2 and 3 head units of the 2.0. Fortunately, BRS is carrying them now so I should have my new doser on Friday.
