Hi!

Just updated my doser for the first time.. all went good, expect all my fill levels are lost..

I backed up the configuration and had to restore it during the process. I manually looked in the backup file but could not find
where this info is stored, if it is backed up at all.. which I really hope it is....

Can someone enlighten me?

TBH I dont remember exact what firmware it had to begin with. But I did go straight to 1.40, but I did it with 1.1.3.7..

You would think that GCC would know what it needed to do a proper backup and warn me .. but no :(

It is not the firmware the problem but the version of GCC used.
Before GCC 1.1.3.5 filling level was never saved or loaded (it wasn't in the ParaDef file).

As stated, I did the backup and firmware update with 1.1.3.7. 100%, because I did a fresh install of GCC to a laptop to be able to do it thru USB. I normally run GCC thru wifi, and wanted to be sure everything went smooth. The wifi on the 2.1 is not that fond of my mesh network always :) That is kind of the reason why I was running 1.35 also.

Is there anywhere where it tells you the description of the firmware updates? I basically want to know if any of thr new updates will allow you to manually set your dose schedule at more than 8 intervals or automatically set your doses over a 12hr schedule vs 24hr.

I run FW 1.36 on my slave doses. I think the new is 24 doses/24 H. I run 18 and it works

To run the automatically dose during 12 hours is possible if you create a "virtual" doser with automatic dosing of the double amount- Let us say you want to dose 120 ml in 3 ml batches per 12 hours (it means a 3 ml dose/18 min). Create a virtual dos pump (dos 16 as example) that dose 240 ml in 3 ml batches. Create a timer (16 as an example) active for 12 hours - example between 08:00 and 20:00. Create a PL (G16 as an example) that say timer 16 AND doser 16. Create a switch channel (S16 as an example) - knit G16 to this switch channel. Got to your real pump - let us say it is doser 4. In its page - go to pump react to and chose switch channel index 16. Now your real pump will dose 3 ml every 18 min between 08:00 and 20:00

Sincerely Lasse
