Very brief question but I am trying to dose prazipro for flukes. when i am measuring the amount based on the water in my tank, do I include the sump in my calculation or just dt?

also how do i 'stop collecting skimmate'? I have a Tunze 9410 DOC DC as my skimmer but I'm not sure if there is an easy way to just stop the cup from collecting or if it is skimmer-dependent.

For treatments you want the net volume of the system (display + sump) because you want the right amount of Prazipro in your system. It's just like increasing alkalinity or calcium in your system. You need to account for all the water so you reach the desired target ppm levels. It's the same for medication. ☺️

To not collect any skimmate you can take off the collection cup of the skimmer. If that's not possible you might turn down the water level in the skimmer to a minimum. This way you will still have the gas exchange but won't collect any skimmate.
