Use a PH booster that has hydroxyl in it. They have ones on the market that won’t push PH above 8.3 but will raise Alk
There's no product with all of those attributes.
Additives that claim to not push pH above a certain pH are always a mix of carbonate and bicarbonate, with more carbonate giving a higher set point.
Equal amounts of bicarbonate and carbonate will have a pH balance point of about pH 8.92 in seawater, so these products always have more bicarbonate than carbonate.
