Shout out to Dr. Reef: I wanted a captive-bred group of Chalk Bass for our reef tank. The problem is you can't find them anywhere, let alone captive-bred. ORA has been out of stock forever and it appears they won't have them anytime soon (I contacted them). Turns out Dr. Reef has them in stock at various stages of quarantine. The man has connections!

Anyway I received my order a couple days ago, 4 Chalk Bass and 1 Hi Fin Red Banded Goby. Everything was packed perfect. Out of the box the Chalk Bass are eating everything I throw at them - mysis, finely chopped clam,squid, shrimp, & scallop. The Hi Fin Goby has started eating as well - mysis so far. I have the fish in two observation QT tanks. Plan to move them to DT in a couple weeks. Based on my experience so far I wouldn't hesitate to order from Dr. Reef again.
