Dr. Reef Experience

I tend to shy away from buying livestock online out of the fear of them not being healthy or properly eating for and not seeing them in person.
After reading mostly positive reviews regarding Dr. Reef, I decided to give them a shot. I was back and forth emailing them with questions, to which they always promptly replied.
I decided to go ahead and purchase a few yellowtail damsels, bristletooth tang, and a royal gramma. Everything arrived healthy and happy. After 4 days, I noticed that my tang had passed away. I informed Dr. Reef, not necessarily expecting them to do anything since it was after their 3-day guarantee, but to my surprise, they offered to replace it at no cost.
I received the tang after it was finished with its quarantine, and it has been extremely active and eating incredibly well. I've decided that as long as Dr. Reef has the species I'm looking for, I will buy from them every time, and I've told others to do the same thing. I will likely wait until I have multiple livestock that I need, as shipping is not cheap, but it's overnight freight, so you can't expect it to be cheap.

Overall experience is an A+, and I can't thank them enough for their expertise and assistance.
