First time ordering from Dr. Reef’s. I was in search of a Whitetail tang everywhere. Checked Dr Reef’s, showed in stock but I went ahead and emailed to confirm. It was the weekend so didn’t expect a response til Monday. He responded within hours and let me know they were in stock and in various stages of the qt process. So I went ahead placed the order. Grabbed my Whitetail Tang, Coral beauty and blue sided wrasse. Communication was great, ordering easy. He sends the invoice and then payment requested before shipping. Yesterday I get the email with shipping info. Today I pick them up from the hub. This is where the anxiety kicks in, hoping everything’s doing ok in the box. So I get home open the box…. All 3 alive and looking good. Fish all look healthy nice little small coral beauty which I requested. Whitetail big boy with great coloring and well fed. Boy is thick. Blue sided looks great as well. As of now they’ve been in the tank about 6 hours. All fish are actually out and about, picking at rocks and swimming with the other fish. Thanks Dr Reef’s for overall great experience. Couldn’t have had a better turnout. I appreciate the packing and care. I’ll be ordering from you again. As for time, I emailed on the 29th fish are in tank today the 16th.

Thank you for your feedback and support. Glad all livestock arrived well and are doing good in your tank. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you in future.
