Drain lines...where?

Have a Bashsea SS-36 sump. It only has space for one drain line. Would you just bypass and drain right into the sock?

How would you drain 2 drain lines into 1 "opening"

Generally you don’t. Your overflow is a herbie drain. It’s one full siphon pipe and one emergency drain pipe (drain pipe is in red).

Your full siphon pipe will go to the drain location near your filter sock.

Your emergency drain will need to be routed to a different section of your sump (center compartment) and the end of the pipe needs to be a few inches above the waterline in the sump. This way, if water is coming through your emergency drain pipe (which it shouldn’t, unless your primary is clogged) you’ll hear the water splashing and know something is wrong.

You are going to need a gate valve to put on your main drain line. This will allow you to control water through the drain and achieve a full siphon.

the the bulk on your sump model is 1.5 in according to the site . And the your buckheads on your overflow appear to only be 1. If so restore back the 1.5 and tee in the two one inch feeds. A 1.5 can support two 1s with no issue.
