drill a bigger hole over a smaller one???

I want to drill a bigger hole for my return on my 125G RR.

I don't know if it is tempered glass or not.

If it is tempered glass I will not do it.
I want to use bigger return lines and also increase the flow with out the back pressure.

at the same time I was going to use scwd device that will decrees the flow I wanted to put the scwd in each of the mega Flows

any thoughts or comments are welcome

oo I will be drilling it with the tank full and mega Flows empty.
is that a bad choice ? to much weight?

If it is the bottom that you are drilling I am 99 % sure that is it tempered.

I'm sure it's tempered. Who made the tank?

i was looking at the bottom and it is tempered:cry:
that is ok i guess i will just do the plumming over and use the out sied of the bulkhead and not the inside i should get a little more flow from doing it like that.
