Drilling the back of a Waterbox 20

Hi, I'm considering drilling a waterbox 20 AIO to use it as an extension of my 190 gal display tank.
I'd need to drill the back rather than the bottom and I would prefer running just 2 hoses would from and to my sump.
Can anyone recommend a good configuration or an example I can copy?

It would help if you showed a diagram of what exactly you're trying to do. Also - I would be certain that the back glass is able to be drilled.
