Looking for ideas on some aquascapes in drop off tanks. Got a IM 20 gal drop off I need to scape.

I’ve never seen this done, but in my mind’s eye it would look super-cool: What if the bottom of the tank (drop) was jammed with a single species of soft coral, with a lot of sway? Like Pulsing Xenia. The fish could go down there and hang out, then go back up to the ‘main’ tank where all the rock is. :)

Barebottom SPS dominant top half with an overhang protruding over a mixed reef on the bottom half with a deep sand bed would be pretty cool!

I like this idea. Maybe a small NSA type scape up top with bare bottom and DSB down low with a nice chunk of live rock with torches
