Well I'm caught up! Fun to see different approaches to lighting!

I truly considered it. The iPhone app sold me on the kessils and I went with the T5s for the amount of rock I have and center brace, I wanted to avoid shadows.

Hopefully I can set it all up on Friday!

I think I will be adding a Dwarf Golden Moray Eel next week ;Nailbiting

I have wanted one since starting my 20g. I’m hoping with the amount of rock I have, there won’t be too many escape attempts.

The little fellow is 10” long and has better color than some that I’ve seen.

I’ve got it al together, but now I’m debating the weight of the fixture and kessils with the hooks that were provided. I’m going to dig through my stock and see if I have any others. The total combined weight will be roughly 32lbs I think.

Old Current USA LED. Not bad, but crazy shadowing and light rays.

T5s and Kessils. World of difference on shadowing. Almost makes the tank look smaller. But everything looks better.

Looking amazing. Been thinking for a while to upgrade to a 125 and this is definately helping make up my mind! keep it up!

Also - the IM gourmet algae grazer is awesone! My tangs would always rip the entire sheet from the old clip. This thing works great!

Not related to my reef, but my wife went on her first offshore trip today in the Alice Kelly Billfish Tournament. It’s an annual women’s tournament. She caught her first Dolphin :)
