Bottom hinge on each canopy door look like this :eek: I thought I had gotten stainless ones. I’ll be swapping these out quick before any issues.

Happend in each of my tanks, i ducktaped ziploc bag over the hinges in my present setup.
2 years later the rust is minimal on one of them and absent on the others.

I put clear nail polish over my hinges. So far so good.

I also found this little guy. I’m guessing Majano? Must’ve ridden in on a frag and moved to this rock. @KJ any other ideas? Really can’t notice it in daylight, just the florecense under blues.

When Mojanos are little like that they do not attach too strongly. You can often suck them right up in a turkey baster as a complete package.

Rock flowers don’t split and can’t be cut. There are actually males and females that spawn.

When Mojanos are little like that they do not attach too strongly. You can often suck them right up in a turkey baster as a complete package.

Thanks. Now I have to decide if I want to try that, or leave it until it grows to something I can ID better.

Thanks, I learned something new! So another question, when you are buying can you determine make/female? Or is it luck of the draw?

I guess it's time for me to do a little research on these guys.
