May rupture diaphragm with time, can you feed both outlets with tee to make one outlet ?

That is what I used to do in my FW tanks when I had dual outlet pumps. Tee both outlets together into one. As you say, completely blocking one outlet puts pressure on the diaphragm and can cause it to rupture.

That looks pretty expensive, probably made from Crystal and you see the lab grade valves on it, looks expensive.

Plugging one output isn't going to damage the pump.
