I spot feed every two days and mine started growing too fast. Large pellet coral frenzy. Be sure to spot feed though.

I have mine 1/3 of the way up and it loves it there before I upgraded to a bigger tank it was on my sand bed. Med flow is best. Clowns will irritate it but clowns really shouldn't be an issue I have a cinnamon clown and a black clown that take turns hosting mine. I started out with probably 10 heads and have fragged at a min. 4heads at least 8 times in the last year. I have had mine for almost 3 years

Find a spot with medium random flow and let them be. Took my 2 heads about 6 months to do anything then one day they exploded I am up to atleast 10 heads now.

Try to spot feed more frequently.. Mine likes mid flow, it had 2 heads about 9 months ago now it has over 8 heads. Patience like everything.

I started out with 1 full head and a baby and in 7 months I had 70+ heads when I sold it last month.
Yours has good color witch tells me it's in lower light. Most of the time with Duncan's low light means good color and higher light means good growth and not as good of colors. You'll loose some of the green at the base.
So my advice would be to move it to a spot with more light and moderate flow. What kind of lighting do you have?

I think it's just a different duncan. I owned one just like it and looks the same as yours. Never grew a single head. Now I bought a small colony of 6 and they extend put like the other ones people are showing.

My Duncan frags look like the ones in question after I frag some off the ones above. I've had some that do good at bottom and mid level i have to keep them on glass bottom of frag tank like I said before IMO med flow bottom to mid of tank set it there for a couple days and try moving it over about 2 in or keep in same spot but place on a small rock could be as simple as that honestly

It looks worse now than it did before
you should really try and put it on the upper levels of your tank. The bio cubes lights aren't the most powerful and from my experience they like a good amount of light. In these pictures it is on the sand bed but I had it higher for growth and lowered it to get coloration so I could sell it. I also have 2 Radion gen 3 pro's over my tank and 2 54w Ati T5 bulbs.

Hello, I believe I have red ballon algae on my coral, it looks like it may be killing the coral, the little green "fingers" are not coming out like usual. Should I remove this? And if so, how?

You just put your hand in and pull it off the rock try not to let any float away so make sure yo turn off any water circulation
