It could open more but it looks happy enough. If you just added it or moved it they can be a tiny bit temperamental. My lights are ramping down now so mine are closing. Here is a picture of it fully extended: (sorry it’s a little blurry, close up shot)

Doesnt look bad, in fact good. Mine are huge but again each head the size of a silver dollar

This is a great picture. I had nothing for reference except my big bubble coral there but mine has 3 heads now and has grown. The two large hands, when fully open are at least the size of a quarter, maybe one is slightly larger, then there’s a new baby head that’s still quite small, about the size of a pencil eraser. Yours is beautiful.
