Duncan "Throwing Up" (zooxanthellae?)

Just moved my duncan to a different spot this morning. I came back this afternoon to this. Mouth is hard to see but looks opened up. I have other duncans close by that are doing just fine. And I didn't move him far from where he was. Maybe 5 inches. This particular duncan had been acting strange before. It would open and close all day. Any idea what this means?
