What would make a duncan retract its whiskers. I don't know what else to call them.it seems happy it has sprouted 3 new heads. The flow seems ok. Seems happy just not extended.

Month or so. Growing heads like weeds just wont open fully like it did before it started growing the new heads

I've found duncans are very hardy but do best with more water movement. I had my duncan do great for a year and then mysteriously begin to shrink and even die in some places. I increased water movement in the area it was in and it has come roaring back.
