so i ordered a microscope please help identify and give proper instructions on how to eradicate please

I don't see any specific dinos in this short video clip. Sometimes, it is best to obtain a small sample of debri and then focus on the outskirts of that debri to find more individual clumped cells that can be identified more easily.
