eb8 issue

so I've noticed on one of my EB8's specifically the one that I have my ATI lights plugged into will inadvertantly stop working and the amp's on the dashboard will read 0 but lights will be on as programmed. The lights cannot be manually turned off only by pulling the plug from the eb8" sometimes the eb8 will "reboot" itself and begin working normally again . Any thoughts as to what is going on here?

Is it under warranty? If so you may want to contact Neptune.

I would try reseating all the cables and then reprogramming it in case it got corrupted

Yes on the affected strip, but I'm picking at stars a bit.

Give Neptune a call. That EB8 may be malfunctioning.
