Ebay Flow accelerator?? any good??

Water Flow Accelerators | eBay

came across these anyone have any experience with them? is the loc-line floppy or stiff?

Flow accelerators work well if you have a pump capable of handling the extra head they place on it. The idea is they force water through an orfice or venturi which increases the velocity but reduces the GPH or flow due to that restriction or headloss but in turn draws tank water through the external part to make up for it. They don't do much on a normal low head pump like most of use since the higher head loss really cuts the GPD.

Sorry should have stated my question better. Basically wondering if the quality of the item itself is any good.
Does the loc-line hold themselves tightly or is it cheap plastic.

But thanks tho fore breaking it down.
