the ecotech was down, I notice on the Ecotech iPhone App .. even about that I could not establish a connection.
but now everything works properly again
I'm also having issues with getting to the ecosmartlive website. The page doesn't fully load on any of the desktop browsers.
From a iPad I can get in, but my schedule is corrupted and the settings have changed to something that I did not set. Even changing the settings back to what I want, the savings do not appear to persists.
I only discovered the issues because last night I notice my lights were still on at 2am when they should have been off!
Ive been having issues for over week where the time keeps reseting in the software which changes my light schedule. I also couldn't access the software last weekend but its been working since, however almost every day the time starts over and throws off my light schedule. I have reset my time in the menu to my time zone and set the clock manually almost daily for over a week now but it keeps changing the times. Is anyone else having this issue and how do you fix it? The lights are plugged into my Apex but they have been for months with no issue and the Apex is working off a home network with no problems. thanks
