Ecotech ecosmart live problem

im getting so frustrated that idk what to do anymore so i downloaded the mobius and didnt like it. So now im using reeflink again for my equipment but for some reason i cant program my powerhead schedule, my lights they work fine and will program and stick to its schdule. I have done EVERYTHING on ecosmartlive page they said to do and my pumps still WONT program their schedule, i have opened it up and checked the RF chip its seated fine and when i go to "program" it'll say RF status disabled but when i reset the MP10QD the RF status says "enabled" . if i went on the schduele and click it manually itll change but wont change automatically, ANYONE have a resolution to get this fixed?

Call technical support and have them walk you through it. OR - reset everything to factory default and re-connect them (which is what I did)

i might have to call them but i have done everything with it updating firmware i thought that was the problem but it isnt. i did hard to soft reset, to power cycling it, to factory reset to rechecking the RF chip and nothing it doesnt want to program the pumps schedule

Are you devices Mobius-ready? If so, why not use it vs trying to go back to the old reeflink setup? What's wrong with Mobius? Try to solve that first before attempting to go "backward" in tech.

I have many Mobius devices (20 in total) across 4 tanks, all under Mobius, and have zero issues.

I had mobius but I rather the WiFi connection vs the Bluetooth and you needing to be right there when I can be across the state or at a other house controlling my light if I need to or change something which is why I rather the reeflink

Got it - I never had a need to control my Mobius devices while away actually. Just set it & forget it…

Have you looked at the MXM?
