I had an L1 go bad, sent it back for repair, they decided to just sent me a brand new L2. I have had it online for 2 weeks, I am running a larger pump to send up to my 2nd floor (Installing Friday). This doesn't have a box b/c they sent it back in a plain cardboard box. But it was brand new, so you will be getting a fully warrantied pump based on the serial number.
