My MP40 was making a loud grinding noise, but still working. It was at least 2 months out of warranty, so I sent into ecotech for service expecting to pay for it to be repaired. The guys at ecotech determined the problem and sent me a whole new MP40 at no cost since it was still close to the warranty period. All this happened within 1 week timeframe. Now that is just amazing and top notch customer service!!!
