HI all, I have a radion gen 3 xr30w pro. it appears the deep blue channel and uv channel are broken. The deep blue is just always on at like 2% and I cant control its intensity, just always dim. UV undetectable. I've tried factory reset and calibration. those two channels do not adjust at all in calibration. Ecotech told me to send it in for an estimate on repair, but wont even tell me a ball park and keep closing my ticket saying its been resolved, so Im not getting a response to my questions. I'd hate to waste 50 bucks in shipping to be told its gonna be like 400 to repair. Its not in warranty anymore, so I'm sure it'll be quite a bit.
Has anyone had experience with ecotech? Do they actually repair things, or do they try to scare you into buying the new new by giving you credit? I don't really even need an xr30, 2 xr15's would be better, so I guess if they gave me credit I could change it up. Also, I have a diffuser on it, if I upgraded would they give me a diffuser that works with the new light?
