Ecotech Versa Rate Locked at 9.96ml/min

Hi,

The maximum rate of my Versa seems to be locked at 9.96ml/minute and I can’t change it. I can set any rate below this but it won’t let me change it otherwise. I have the pump running in continuous mode for my CaRX.

Any help would be appreciated before I contact support.
