I'm currently breaking in a new sulfur reactor and I have a Versa running in continuous mode at 80mlpm. It is extremely loud. Eventually I will ramp it down, but it is still extremely loud at 20mlpm.

Is this normal for a Versa? I use mostly DosQD which are way quieter than this Versa, but don't run in continuous mode. It's brand new. Should I lubricate the rollers with the included silicon?

This tank is in my living room. I can't have it whining like this.

I think maybe I have a bad pump. If I set it below 30mlpm on continuous, it stops. I guess I'll call ecotech support on Monday. At 30mlpm it is very loud.

Make sure the tubing is seated properly and not rubbing or under tension.
