Egg sack ID please

just saw this little sack that is blackish Grey color and see through. There are small little circles in there that look like eggs. Anyone know what they are? It's the dark little mass directly above my cleaner shrimp

I think y'all are right. I touched it to see what it felt like and it has a jelly feeling to it. There's more in the rocks I saw when I looked harder. I just hope it won't become a nuisance later on.
