I was target feeding with phytoplankton and zooplankton. I don't think it was a healthy scallop when I purchased last week. Thanks, I did read that. I thought it would be okay if it was well fed.Flame scallops rarely make it. Really best to not even buy them, just throwing your money down the poo shoot.
SadlyThey are most likely eating the dead/decaying material and didn’t kill it. These guys are extremely hard to impossible to keep longterm in captivity and have very short lives.
