Elegance coral behavior

Got this elegance 2 days ago before I added it I did a water change it was doing good for the first 2 days and now it’s weird puffed up I searched it up that they do that when they are splitting or releasing toxins idk which one it is. And when I bought it it looked like a circle shape just like in the picture but it wasn’t puffed up from the sides.

Probably just getting used to your tank parameters and flow. Just keep an eye on him for the next few days.
