I have 3 headed Elegance coral on a rock that's the same shape as the elegance. When it's fully open its easily 6-8" in size. It's beautiful, it's been healthy in my display for 6 months and doing great. However, one of the things I'm confused on is the rock is usually the same shape as the coral, so how do I get it to grow larger? Do I need to line up the rock with other rockwork in my display so it has something else to grow skeleton on? Does it need to grow a skeleton? Will it grow skeleton off the side of the rock, in essence making the rock larger? It seems happy and healthy where I have it. Just haven't seen much growth. Then again, don't know what to expect for growth... ?
