My elegance had a gall crab deep into its skeleton. I removed it 12 days ago. My elegance still had yet to extend its polyps but still has its color and will plump up for most of the day. It's covered in a "spiderweb" looking layer. Any thoughts?

Could try and do an Iodine dip. Might have some cuts, etc from the crab and needs to heal.

Well I did my iodine dip today on this poor elegance. I’m really hopeful that he makes a recovery. It’s been two weeks since I removed the gall crab from his skeleton. He has not been looking very well ever cents and since I have nothing to lose I gave the iodine dip a shot and now I’m hoping for the best.
