Do / has anyone successfully keep their Elegance coral on a bare bottom tank?

I don't see why not. You can just put on on a large flat frag plug
That’s how most retailers will sell their elegance glued on 4” discs or tile! Keeps them upright and allows you to crank up the flow. I’d just watch out for too much flow as it may slide the creature halfway down your tank if it catches a good wave! Cheers mate.

IF YOU HAD TO OPERATE EVERYTHING ELSE MANUALLY, WHICH AUTOMATED SYSTEM WOULD YOU KEEP?
