I use Pro skimmer and amino. I alternate days since I forgot about them and just started them back up. Day one I do Amino 6 drops and the next day I do skimmer 3-4 drops. Will ramp up over the next couple weeks to daily but starting out slow. Tough to really notice a difference since there's rarely anything constant and I just got new LEDS but I found it really helped in PE the last time I dosed them before I forgot. Lack of PE was what made me think about them again and so far so good.
