Hi,
My emerald crab is a female and I bought her from a tank full of emerald crabs males and females and a couple of days ago she wasn’t facing me but it looked like she was fatter, but she was actually having her stomach flap opened it was faced away but I could tell, and later I saw it go back up and it was her stomach I thought did a previous emerald crab get her prey ate we got her 4 weeks ago she never did this for about 4 days she was going crazy on the hair algae and ever since that weird looking flap opened she never left that stop and she’s defensive about it? Any idea why she’s doing this and like super glued to one spot in a crevice I’m very certain it was her flap cause since she was faced away it look like a block then the flap went back up and it was her bottom shell any idea????
