One of my emerald crabs has decided to make a new home on some of my sps. I've have this crab in the tank for about 2 years. In the past it's always hidden in the rocks and come out at night. about 2 weeks ago it seemss to have just decided that it likes to sit on corals, it has moved around from the Tricolor to the Pavona, and seems to have settled on the Spondodes. I don't see any picking or damage to the corals. Has anyone else experienced crab behavior like this?

I had a strawberry crab that loved to climb my sps colonies, never did damage, so probably just a crab thing lol

Crabs, hermits, pithos, emeralds, etc do this. Nothing to worry about. Crabs are a******* and are only concerned with themselves. They are very good at their jobs though. Used to hate them, now I love them.
