Emerald Crab with Tendrils

So over the last 4 or 5 days we've notice one of the Emerald crabs legs is covered in a pink fuzz that looks like coral tendrils. I've tried to capture it in photos below. Any idea what it is?

Is this a mouth? Anemone?

Look like hydroids.
