I want to say no but in this hobby assumed death results in recovery at time. The fact that the mantle and tissue is sunken makes my heart pound.
I do know they require moderate flow, good lighting for food production and salinity range 1.025-1.027 at 8.1 ph.
These clams needs strong lighting with a Kelvin range between 6K to 10K, a turbulent water flow, and water conditions that are stable. While their largest source of food comes from the sun and the zooxanthellae found in their mantle, in saltwater tanks, the main Predators are small pyramidellid snails that bore into their tissue and feed on their bodily fluids and makes me wonder if you have any present that you can see?

Clam is definitely gone, once the mantle isn't extending out of the shell they don't come back. Sorry for your loss.
