Hello! Please help any ghl users!

I reset my profilux as part of the firmware update.

The profilux is not turning back on! All power to the tank is off!!

Please help me if you can, I can’t find any information.

When I try to connect to the profilux GCC says it could not connect. Nothing else changed, just the firmware update.

My tank won’t last long without power! @Vinny@GHLUSA thank you anyone!

I’m going through the emergency factory instructions and do not see Ports as an option in device manager as ghl says I should see…

This isn’t going well :(

Figured the last issue out, unfortunately the profilux firmware hex file is not showing. Just a Mitras file

When you say it didn't turn back on, that was after the firmware successfully updated and you cycled power to the Profilux?

It was a failed firmware update.

Luckily my friend in IT virtually logged in my computer and helped debug some of the errors that occurred during the emergency factory reset process. Power is back on and the computer has been backed up with previous settings.

I’m very thankful, and now that it’s over glad I know how to QA some of these issues.

The emergency manual can use a couple of updates based on my experience.

Thank you for your help @ingchr1 !
