Is there a difference between the 2 (3 outlet banks) and the 2 (single bank) ?

Not sure what you are asking.

On the 832 (in the US, I don't think they have released it internationally) all the plugs are Relay

on the EB8 (older model) 1,2,3,5,6,and 7 were electronic switched and the #4 and #8 were relay switched.

Only problem now is salinity probe is only reading 3.1 after calibration.

let it sit for a bit, also if it does not change lightle wiggle it in the water to get any bubbles out. obviously test the salinity first to make sure it is not correct first.

Put in tank for a bit recalibrated and it is now reading what my Milwaukee reads which is 33.
