My 36 inch tank (my first ever saltwater aquarium) is in the works right now, and I was wondering if what I have created is good for viewing, as well as coral growth and flow and general fish environment. I haven’t decided completely, but I’m planning on doing LPS with softies, and maybe some SPS in a couple of years. I already have a somewhat overkill wave maker in the AI orbit four. I was told by BRS staff that it would be still OK for the tank. If you have any recommendations or tips to make a better, Aquascape, I would appreciate it! Thanks!

Personally I like 2 sources of flow in the tank. With only one source of flow, the flow always goes across the tank and rebounds off the far side glass, and you end up with a one way circular motion through the tank that inevitably have several dead flow spots.. With 2 sources of flow, you can aim them at each other so they bounce off each other and create random flow patterns, which is ideal IMO.
