Erin O's 75G Build

If I was bringing home a paycheck of my own, I would. But I don't feel comfortable doing that when I'm not contributing to the household finances :(
Your hard work every day contributes to the household nonetheless. I get it though.

What are you going to need. I may have some stuff laying around
I need a powerhead, sand, rock and refractometer. So, basically everything lol

I'm so angry, because I thought he was on board for getting a package from TBS. Now I guess I know why he kept putting off letting me order it.
I understand. :( Here's and big hug! Please don't stop hanging out with us!
You're not going to get rid of me that easily! You guys are what helps keep me sane! I'll be living the reefing life vicariously through all of you ;)

I've got the 29 empty, clean and ready to go. I've just been waiting for him to give me the ok to buy what I need.
Refectometer I have an extra FREE

That's a great starter

So, turns out that my husband doesn't really want me to do the saltwater thing. He says that he doesn't want to spend the money on it. I just want to cry! I thought I had his support, and to find out that he was basically just playing along just breaks my heart :(
Divorce or tank....which one is cheaper;Hilarious;Hilarious;Hilarious
I see someone making an amazon order soon lol

How much was what you wanted to order?
I was looking at the 10g package at TBS, which is $155 plus however much shipping would cost. I figure I need at least 20lbs of rock and maybe 30lbs of sand?

I've even told him that I would settle for dry rock and a bottle of bacteria to seed it. No go :(

So a friend of mine just gave me rock from his tank. Mature live rock. I am sure I could get 20 lbs together. I have some hang on the back Eheim filters new in the box. What do you all think? Time for another "miracle" tank? I am down with this as long as hubby says okay.

It unfortunately sounds he is going to say no to anything...

I'm sorry :(((

I would love to help but we have to wait for hubby.
