I need a small part for my S 120 skimmer. I've tried e-mail and leaving voicemails at their shop. No response. Wondering if anyone has had better luck and what method you used. Thanks!

Tried that during their operating hours and got voicemail twice. Left message no call back. I ended up calling brs yesterday and one of their guys got me an email to try so hoping that works.

Totally agree it’s hard to figure out how to reach them. Their website seems designed to make it hard! The number above worked for me at 10am Pacific time on a Monday. The nice lady on the end of the line gave me an email to send pics of the component I needed to replace:
