Eshopps Eclipse Bulkhead Size

I am replacing the original (2) 1” bulkheads due to a stupid plumbing mistake I made. The 2 new bulkheads won’t fit through the existing holes. I don’t get it…they are both 1” bulkheads, but the original ones that came with the overflow are smaller. Anyone experience this and have a solution? Thanks.

What size Eclipse do you have? The new ones usually come with a drill bit. I think that mine came with a 60m bit.

These are the 2 bulkheads that come out of the bottom of the external box.
