Hello,

How do I repair this?

Noticed saltcreep, glad I caught it before it really opened up.

Any 2 part epoxy should do fine .... The key would be to clean it good , lightly sand the area and wipe it off with acetone RIGHT before applying the epoxy ,...

It would be best to drill a very small hole just past either end of the crack .... This will help stop it from cracking further ...

Not the best drawing ...
But I think you get the idea

2 part epoxy like weldon?

Is that reef safe?

You mean this ...?
Almost any epoxy is safe once it is fully cured ...
It's ... Non-toxic safe for potable water ..

For anyone curious I went with Weldon Plastic Epoxy.

I drilled a couple holes as sebastian suggested, and put gobs inside and outside.

0 deaths so far.

Thanks.
