Torch base cracked open when splitting

Hi all,

My torch is doing great up until it decided to split heads, the base cracked comepletely open and from the crack some flesh is peeling out :(
It hasnt opened for a week now...

What do i do? Is this one a goner?

Calc: ~420
Mag: ~1400
Phos: 0.03 ish - detectable on salifert test
Nit: 10

Im affraid to frag it off the rocks, i think i will comepletely shatter the base
