Euphylia frog ...not expanding like before

I've had it 2 years... It's a brown frog spawn...

In the last 2 months it's been shrinking slowly and even in low light low flow which it used to love the tentacles aren't expanding... what can I do ?other euphylia are doing well...

I did try cvs iodine dip last week but no response... Tia pic attached.

List your parameters and you will be more likely to get to the issue.
Alk 9.0 dk, salinity 1.024, nitrate after started dosing 5ppm, po4 .05, temp 78f, mg 1500, calcium 420ppm
 
I would start doing 15% water change weekly and try to raise magnesium
